I am a foreigner from Canada and came to the phillipines in 2008 and found that the property prices were very attractive and i was not married to a filipina at that time.I had toured around manila and ended up finding a new building being built in what was considered an attractive area for foreigners and decided to go ahead with the pre purchase installments to purchase a unit in Eastwood Libis.
I started paying from April of 2008 till @ Mid 2012. I like most people during the financial crisis of 2008-2009 found it difficult to pay the installments as my work was not good. I did pay and also did pay interest payments and late payment fees sometimes when i was late paying but i did pay. I was in the final installement phase and was being asked to come up with @ 35,000 peso per month.
My intention at the time was to fully buy the unit and use it as an investment property for my retirement. I applied at several banks and could not obtain a mortgage as i was not married to a filipi...    MORE INFO ON Megaworld Corportation>

pinag antay nila kami ng 1 week tapos ndi naman pala kami makakabitan, sana gumagawa silang ways para naman mapag bigyan yung mga client nila from the day sana na nagpunta sila samin sinabi na nila na ndi possible na makabitan kami. pano kaya na ndi kami pwdeng kabitan samantalang yung tito ko sky cable nakaconnect e same house lang kami. wala bang way para ireklamo to na magkaaksyon. nakakainis ung mga ganyang serbisyo...    MORE INFO ON bundles>

this company has offered me a boracay package. We have paid it thru East West amounting to P10,000.00 and a 2-yr extension of P3,000.00. Another amount of P16,984.81 thru BPI for 12 mos installment... We are scheduled on June 23-25, 2017...but the company Rep cannot be contacted anymore. Good afternoon. I am Wenn and I would like to complain about Western Union regarding their employee's attitude and about how strict they we're with identification cards. So my cousin from Canada sent money to my younger brother and when he was trying to get it, the employee said that his student ID isn't accepted as a valid ID and asked him to message my cousin to transfer the money to a different name. So my cousin, transferred it to me. I tried getting it during my free time in UST and the girl employee their told me that I need to present another ID and to tell you, I didn't like the way she told me that. I am a customer and she should tell me something in a friendly manner and not in a rude and sarcastic way. I just don't get the point why they don't accept student ID. Do they expect that all 17-18 year old would already have other ID except from our school ID? See below my letter to, which doubles as my complaint to BDO and BSP:

Hi Citibank, BDO and BSP,

In the past, I have looped in XXXXXXXXX, my fiancee, the sender of the money, and holder of the Citibank account in our correspondence. She in turn, forwards this email to Citibank by way of online inquiry on the website of Citibank in the US. However, in this instance, I am including Citibank Philippines so that they are aware of what is happening.

I have also included Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in this email, the consumer affairs dept, as this situation has reached unacceptable proportions.

As of present, the money transfer made on February 26, 2015 still is nowhere to be found. It has been close to 3 weeks since this was initiated. Here are the details:

Zoom was amazing the first few times. They are cheap and pick up was hassle free. But after my 2nd and 3rd until the last pick up, they were always late, and until now my parcels never reached the intended recipient without them contacting either me or the receiver. Isa po ako sa victims ng smart postpaid, ito po storya ko.
Merong biglang tumawag po sa akin, smart hotline po (hindi po ako nag request) sabi po niya na gusto daw nila ako tulungan sa bills ko, gusto niyang tumulong at e adjust plan ko from 999 to 1999 with unli call and text and mobile data with VIP no fees and other documents for changes. Pumayag po ako dahil yung bill ko lumagpas dn naman palage sa 2k, kinabukas tumawag po ako sa hotline ng smart na e CANCEL po yung said changes dahil mahina po signal sa amin E lang, after 20days lumabas na yung bills, naging 3.8k na per month, pinuntahan ko smart center at nalaman ko na 1999 na pala plan ko, pinabalik ko po sa dating plan ko 999, pero di na daw pwede, sa natandaan ko wala pong sinabi sa hotline na once mag change ka di na ito pwede ibalik,..
