Pumunta po ako sa BDO Unibank - BGC 9th Ave. branch para magdeposit. Pagpasok ko po ng pinto palabas yung isa nilang staff malabo yata ang mata hindi ako nakita. Binangga po ako at nabitawan ko ang bitbit kung bag. Inaasahan kung tutulungan nya akong pulutin ang bag ko pero hindi nangyari. At sa halip na humingi ng sorry pinagtaasan pa ako ng boses. Nagalit sa akin dahil di daw ako tumitingin sa nilalakaran ko. Sobrang bastos ng babae na eto. walang galang sa matanda sa kanya. Buti na lang nakuha ko ang pangalan nya. Its a traumatic experience na nangyari sa amin ng family ko..June 5,2017 nawala ang 10,000 sa bank account ng mother ko at agad naming nireport ito sa branch of account,nag complain kami dahil kung hindi pa kami nag pa update hindi namin malalaman na may nagnakaw ng pera sa account ng mother ko sa malabon branch ng BDO..pLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE AND SPREAD PARA HINDI NA SILA MAKAPANG BIKTIMA AT HINDI NA ITO MANGYARI SA IBANG CLIENT.UNTIL now AUGUST 8,2017 WALANG LINAW SA AMIN kung sino ba tlga nagnakaw sa account mother ko.napaka salbahe at walang hiya,akala ko dati sa squatter lang ang magnanakaw nagun pati pala sa loob mismo ng bangko maraming magnanakaw.mag-ingat po tayo,lalo na yung client ng mga bangko.,sobarng na trauma kami ng family ko sa nangyari na ito,and the attitude ng mga staff sa amin rude and sarcastic.sana nabusog sila ng husto sa ninakaw nila sa amin.sana madala nila hanggang impyerno....    MORE INFO ON bdo>

Good afternoon. I am Wenn and I would like to complain about Western Union regarding their employee's attitude and about how strict they we're with identification cards. So my cousin from Canada sent money to my younger brother and when he was trying to get it, the employee said that his student ID isn't accepted as a valid ID and asked him to message my cousin to transfer the money to a different name. So my cousin, transferred it to me. I tried getting it during my free time in UST and the girl employee their told me that I need to present another ID and to tell you, I didn't like the way she told me that. I am a customer and she should tell me something in a friendly manner and not in a rude and sarcastic way. I just don't get the point why they don't accept student ID. Do they expect that all 17-18 year old would already have other ID except from our school ID? See below my letter to, which doubles as my complaint to BDO and BSP:

Hi Citibank, BDO and BSP,

In the past, I have looped in XXXXXXXXX, my fiancee, the sender of the money, and holder of the Citibank account in our correspondence. She in turn, forwards this email to Citibank by way of online inquiry on the website of Citibank in the US. However, in this instance, I am including Citibank Philippines so that they are aware of what is happening.

I have also included Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in this email, the consumer affairs dept, as this situation has reached unacceptable proportions.

As of present, the money transfer made on February 26, 2015 still is nowhere to be found. It has been close to 3 weeks since this was initiated. Here are the details:
